Cultural Well-being and Cultural Capital

This book is now onto its third edition and is offered to the world as a free downloadable book.   It was written to outline the importance of the New Zealand local government 2002 Act which provides local government with a purpose that is to “promote social, economic, environmental and cultural well-being in the present and for the future”.

The book gives a mechanism for measuring cultural capital and recognises it as an important part of community wealth, this alongside the importance of social well-being.
