Marriage and other ceremonies

PManaging Director of PSE Consultancy - Penny Eames (called Penelope Stewart Eames in the legal register) has just moved her office completely to Waikanae Beach. She have been a marriage celebrant since 1981 and a Justice of the Peace since about 1976 and now offer my services to people in the Kapiti Coast.

Recently did a wonderful ceremony on Waikanae Beach, a perfect venue for a wedding, but she has also done weddings at Nga Manu.

Over the years Penny has done well over 200 weddings. Using the community development theory the couple writes (with her help) their own ceremony and as long as it fits the legal requirements she conducts the ceremony as the couple write it. The result is special. You are taking through the whole process and the experience is great and the wedding just magic.

Where possible and legal, the family and friends can be involved. Penny can do ceremonies anywhere around New Zealand, but now living in Waikanae makes this a great place to do a wedding.

Penny has also been a celebrant for funerals, naming ceremonies or renewal of vows.

She is also available to witness documents as a Justice of the Peace. Justice of the Peace duties are done free of change.
