Clusters and Precints Design

The consultancy has extensive experience working with the development of creative clusters and precincts. It has researched similar creative clusters internationally and can share ideas from existing New Zealand clusters and precincts.

Reports are provided and designs created that encourage the development of a community towards economic and cultural wellbeing.

A particular interest is the development of clusters in historic venues, or areas that link culture with heritage.

Currently PSE Consultancy is working with the Brewery Trust in Christchurch on designs for the Arts Precinct on Fitzgerald Street.

The consultancy is keen to work on further precinct developments.
