Resource Management

A publication to be called Resource management and financial planning for not-for-profit organisations is currently being written. This publication will be available by September 2005.

This publication builds on Penny Eames' other Fundraising publications, updates them and adds information on promotion, advertising and how to conduct resource audits. It will be particularly suitable for small and medium not-for-profit organisations.

Penny Eames has written and had published two books on fundraising. These were A Guide to Fundraising published by Shortland publication in 1978 Then 1995 Random House published Fund Raising.

These books have been used by New Zealand organisations and are still kept in many New Zealand libraries.

Currently the consultancy is writing a new resource book, building on the fundraising information, but drawing on resource management for community organisations. This should be published during 2005.

Seminars on resource management and fundraising

The consultancy runs fundraising and resource management seminars for communities based on the material in our books, but extending them to include new information based on modern professional contacting systems.
